Today, West Ham manager Slaven Bilic told the press that Dimitri Payet has requested a transfer, despite the playmaker signing a five-year contract extension in the summer.
The French international clearly doesn’t fancy it at the bottom of the table and wants out of a seemingly sinking ship.

Bilic says West Ham won’t sell, but clubs nearly always do when a prize asset kicks off to an extent such as this.
There is absolutely NO evidence Liverpool are interested (we’re not sure his work ethic would appeal to Klopp), but this didn’t stop fans and big Liverpool accounts debating on Twitter whether we should submit a bid!
It would probably be worth it just to annoy those irritating West Ham Twitter accounts who thought they were out direct rival after moving to the Olympic Stadium, which is something FSG should obviously consider when weighing up a bid…
