Daniel Sturridge had put us 1-0 up early, but Alberto Moreno’s second was even better. Firmino picked up the ball around 35 yards out and flicked a delightfully weighted through-ball into the Sydney box.
The Spaniard, likely to leave this summer, got on the end of it and finished very well with his weaker right-foot. Potentially a nice memory for Albie to leave on! Good for him.
