He’s recently given an interview in which he discussed interest from Manchester United when he was at Southampton, but he described them as ‘the wrong team’ and ‘not the right club’ and that he outright rejected them!
As if we didn’t love him enough?

Mane has started the season in fantastic form, scoring two goals on Opening Day against West Ham and one more versus Crystal Palace.
He had a stinker against Brighton, but everyone is allowed an off-day and the important thing is Liverpool still won.
Hopefully he’ll be back amongst the goals against Leicester on Saturday, which on paper looks like our toughest encounter of the campaign so far.
