The Reds were much better in the second half than the first, and deservedly pulled level in the game after a tough 45 minutes.
After a tough opening period, Jurgen Klopp brought on Roberto Firmino and everything changed.
Mane equalised after the Reds went 1-0 down to Olivier Giroud, but at full-time it was 1-1.
Into extra-time, and just when Sadio Mane was looking jaded, he pulled a brilliant finish out of the bag to put the Reds into the lead.

A dodgy penalty put Chelsea level again shortly afterwards, but this was a superb effort from Mane. The Reds must go again in the match – otherwise we’re heading to penalties.
