Amazon Prime announce commentators & pundits for Liverpool v Everton game, which may see Owen v Shearer head to head

Posted by

Liverpool face Everton on December 4 and the match is going to be streamed live on Amazon Prime, rather than via Sky Sports or BT Sports.

And today, the presenters, pundits and commentators have been announced – and it’s a change from the usual lot we’re used to during Liverpool matches…

Thankfully, Amazon haven’t stolen Martin Tyler on commentary and have instead acquired Clive Tyldsley, who you’ll remember from when ITV showed the Champions League! He’ll be supported by Jon Champion and Ian Darke – two top names.

In terms of presenters, we’ll be looking at one of Gabby Logan, Eilidh Barbour, Jim Rosenthal or Steve Bower.

The Echo have published a full list of potential commentators, presenters and pundits, which you can see here:

  • Adam Hunt
