Roberto Firmino was looking to get on the end of a through-ball and got the other side of the (admittedly excellent) Virgil Van Dijk v Southampton today – and the Dutchman undeniably pulled our Brazilian back.
It started outside of the area but finished inside it, where Firmino went down.
If it was outside the box though, the centre-back would have been red-carded. If it was inside, a penalty. Win, win for Liverpool.
