“This season they will see him give everything for the club – that is the sort of player he is,” he said, reported in the Mirror.
“Also no player is going to refuse to play when it’s the World Cup at the end of the season.
“The Liverpool fans have nothing to worry about – I do not believe any of the stories about him refusing to play for the club. I know him that is not his way.”
Coutinho is back in England now, having played for Brazil last night in their World Cup Qualifier against Colombia alongside Roberto Firmino.
Showdown talks are set with Liverpool, as Klopp fully plans to integrate the superb attacking midfielder back into his side.
We don’t expect him to feature versus Manchester City at the weekend, but could play at home to Sevilla next Wednesday.
