We’ve all seen what it’s going to look like for months now due to various leaks, but this morning, Liverpool officially released our home kit for 2018/19.
It’s a similar shade of dark red as this season, but features a polo-shirt type collar, which has caused some unrest!
Below you’ll see two of the promo videos that show off the much talked about strip:

Here’s how Liverpool fans reacted over the internet.
We would say the collar has divided opinion, but it hasn’t!
Everyone hates it…
But quite a lot of kits go down poorly at first.
Perhaps it’ll be a grower, especially if it becomes iconic with a Premier League title success!

I'll be honest, I've got no time for the new home shirt at all. Looks like a polo shirt you'd find on a bargain rail at TK Maxx.
But I love the guys wearing it, so I'll live! pic.twitter.com/Q1z6XO8HrF

I’ll be honest, I don’t like it. It might be a grower, but first impression is that it looks like the sort of thing a Liverpool supporting golfer might wear because his club demands a collar. #LFC https://t.co/DvCRv7iXSo

Love the new @LFC kit but only let down is the collar 🤦🏼♂️

Another horrible new kit for Liverpool. Nobody wants a collar and a button on a football shirt you divs.
