Adam Bogdan is on the move away from Liverpool again this summer as he looks to revive his stuttering career.
The goalkeeper has joined Scottish side Hibernian on a season-long loan, Liverpool’s official club website has confirmed.
Bogdan departs having made just six appearances in the three years since he signed for the Reds from Bolton Wanderers, with injuries and form seeing him drop entirely out of favour.
His original purpose as a viable backup option proved a monumental overestimation of the Hungarian’s role on Merseyside, although he did notably save three penalties on his debut in a League Cup shootout win against Carlisle United in September 2015.
This was followed by a horrific Premier League debut in which he fumbled a corner to allow Watford to open the scoring in their shock 3-0 win against the Reds at Vicarage Road.

Bogdan was sent out on loan to Wigan Athletic in 2016, where he made 17 appearances before suffering an anterior cruciate ligament injury in November.
He has since been nursing the problem in rehabilitation and recently completed his recovery at an ideal time to secure his temporary switch to Scotland.
It remains to be seen whether one goalkeeper leaving could be matched by the arrival of a new shot-stopper, with questions continuing to be raised over the future of Loris Karius following his nightmare Champions League final.
