Steven Gerrard is doing a fine job as Rangers boss.
The Glasgow club are currently fifth in the SPL, but only two points behind 2nd placed Celtic and are the division’s top scorers by some distance with 22 in nine games.
In Europe, Rangers qualified for the Europa League and are currently top of a group which includes Villarreal and Spartak Moscow!

So it’s fair to say that so far, Gerrard has taken to management very quickly, but a recent interview suggests he still holds on to his dressing room rhetoric…
When describing Rangers’ recent opponents Hamilton Academicals, Gerrard mentioned their previous defeat to Hibs, when they were, in his words, ‘pumped 6-0’!
