Naby Keita has arrived, Reds!
We’ve been waiting some time to say properly say this – ever since we announced his signing in the summer of 2017, actually – but his performance last night against Burnley was exceptional.
Keita was the best player on the pitch, breaking up opposition play, driving Liverpool forward and linking up with the forwards.
He had the most shots on goal of any player on the pitch (and was very, very unlucky not to score), but also made the most tackles and blocks.
Hopefully this outing will give Keita the confidence he needs to keep his spot in the side and go from strength to strength.
Ability wise, he’s our best midfielder by a distance.
