‘AND HERE’S TO YOU, JORDAN HENDERSON, JURGEN LOVES YOU MORE THAN YOU WILL KNOW…’
This chant, to the tune of Mrs. Robinson by Simon & Garfunkel, was originally concocted for Liverpool’s captain during the Brendan Rodgers era – when the Northern Irishman’s name featured instead of Klopp’s – but we imagine it’ll do the rounds at Anfield again very soon.
Henderson, finally back in his natural box-to-box role after nearly three years as our manager’s anchorman, has shone during recent victories over Southampton and Chelsea.

Allowed into the box and using his phenomenal engine to best effect, Hendo has registered two assists, scored, and covered every inch of grass on two pitches in just 120 minutes of football.
