Norwich City have played brilliantly this season in the Championship and have rightly earned themselves a spot in the Premier League for the 2019/20 campaign.
One of the more memorable aspects of the Canaries’ previous stay in the top flight was their consistent demolition at the hands of Liverpool’s Luis Suarez.
The Uruguayan recorded an incredible 12 goals in just six appearances against the Norfolk club and the Reds’ social media team had an ‘on this day’ fit for the occasion.
It showcased Suarez’s glorious hat-trick against Norwich from seven years ago – including that lob from around the 50 yards.
What a finish. 😱 pic.twitter.com/gYdAlZ7TFw

The up and coming club had a fun response ready for Liverpool. They’re clearly in high spirits over at Carrow Road following their 2-1 win over Blackburn Rovers.
The response is straight to the point and could be taken the wrong way, but we feel it’s just a bit of tongue-in-cheek fun between the two clubs.
We've just been promoted and you remind us of this. Cheers.

It would have been easy for the Norwich to take a dig at us as Suarez is set to return to Anfield next month as a Barcelona player, but they either didn’t think of it or opted for the moral high ground.
Welcome back to the Premier League, lads!
