James Milner has once again shown that he is a superb human being, with his latest act of kindness coming during the homecoming parade after the Champions League final.
According to the Liverpool ECHO, Milner ordered the parade bus driver to stop off at the house of Andrew Devine on the way back to Melwood.

Andrew has been in a wheelchair since he suffered serious injuries at the Hillsborough Disaster in 1989. Milner waited for Andrew to come outside, before he then showed him the trophy up close.
Milner had met Andrew before during a tour of Melwood, hence how he knew to stop off en route.
It was a lovely touch from the vice-captain, who has really cemented himself as a Reds hero in the last few seasons. It didn’t take much effort, but it will have meant a lot to Andrew.
As influential as he is on the pitch, Milner is a top man off it too, as this latest event shows.
