Liverpool fans on Twitter are intense, it’s one of our worst kept secrets. From the highs of tracking planes to the lows of digging up dirt on public figures, we can relentless.
This was definitely true when football agent Saif Rubie tried to attack the club – and legend Jamie Carragher – on social media.
Rubie claimed that the club had bullied his client – Bobby Duncan, and it’s meant he hadn’t left his bedroom for a number of days, which is unfortunate in any case, if true.
But the agent then went on to make some rather substantial claims about Sporting Director Michael Edwards before attacking Carra.
It was confirmed by the reputable James Pearce that Rubie had apparently been cut out of Duncan’s deal with Fiorentina, and Reds on Twitter had a field day.
