Operating as basically a no.10 (or false-9 if you prefer that lingo) so that Sadio Mane and Mo Salah can bomb into central areas from their wide starts, the Brazilian has made us tick.
He’s scored twice and registered three assists, but his overall level has been astounding.
Bobby actually didn’t perform at his best last season, but looks like 2019/20 could be his year. His technical attributes are as good as any Liverpool player we’ve ever seen, as is his work-rate – so when he’s on it – opposition defences don’t stand a chance.
