3) Ki Sung-yueng (South Korea & Swansea City)

This should be a much more familiar name to Liverpool fans. The Korean has spent three years in the Premier League – two with Swansea and one on loan at Sunderland. He’s proved himself to be a highly capable midfielder, scoring an impressive eight Premier League goals last season, including the first of the new campaign in the Swans’ victory over Manchester United at Old Trafford. It seems we have reason to like him already!
