2) Keisuke Honda (Japan & AC Milan)
A name that has been linked with Liverpool in the past (via the Metro). He’s best known as a winger or an attacking midfielder, but he’s also played as a deep-lying playmaker in the past and that kind of versatility could fit in nicely for us, with our current squad arguably short of technically gifted midfielder such as Honda. The 29-year-old is currently in Italy, where he has scored eight goals in 46 appearances over the last 18 months.
