Emre Can bossed the midfield at Selhurst Park today, just as he did at Anfield against Manchester City midweek.
The 22-year-old German was exceptional against the experienced Mile Jedinak, who was outclassed by his younger opponent throughout the 90.
Can made tackles and interceptions galore and although some of his creative passes didn’t reach their targets, he was crucial to our win.
And Liverpool fans online recognised as much.
Can he take over the armband from Jordan Henderson at some point…?
Emre Can is our best player by the way. Future captain. Future leader. Future legend.

Emre Çan is like a pick up truck. Won’t look all fancy on good roads but will bail you out on the bad ones. Was immense today!

Emre Can MOTM today. Dominant from the start, even more so when we went to 10 men. So excited for his future; only 22 remember.

Emre Can is single-handedly doing the job of three midfielders at the minute. Bossing it.
