Liverpool’s New Balance kit for the 2016/17 season has a short message on the inside: ‘There’s no noise like the Anfield noise!’
The new strip features gold lettering and a round collar with buttons. In terms of similarity, it’s closest to the 2013/14 kit – the one we so nearly won the title in!
The quote was originally said by Ian St. John, a Liverpool great with over 300 appearances to his name.
Under Jurgen Klopp, we’ve began to prove the power of Anfield again – most memorably against Borussia Dortmund.
Hopefully there’ll be plenty more spellbinding occasions under the German’s tenure, perhaps in this new kit!
