Oxlade-Chamberlain has done something legendary for a Liverpool fan

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is one of the best things that’s happened to Liverpool, on and off the pitch, in years.

The Englishman is a quality player and it’s a travesty that he’s out until November, in truth.

We wish him huge luck in his recovery and are just hoping his rehabilitation goes well.

But what he’s done for Joe and Bobby Jaggar, two Liverpool fans he met earlier in the season, is just brilliant.

Ox had given young Bobby his shirt a few months back, and remained on speaking terms with his dad Joe as a result.

Hearing that the Jaggars were struggling for Champions League Final tickets, Ox sorted two out for the Reds – and Bobby’s dad explained as much on Twitter:

How classy is that…?

Ox is a perfect example to all footballers of how they should carry themselves off the pitch and how they should connect with fans.

We just hope we can secure Champions League glory without him and that he finds his best level in 2018/19 after a lengthy spell on the sidelines.
