Andrew Robertson created a clear cut chance every 243 minutes of Premier League football – which is the best of any defender in the top flight.
This is a better measure of creativity than assists, as once a clear-cut chance is created, the assister has no influence of whether the attacker will convert the opportunity.
Robbo got five assists, which is decent from a left-back, but in reality, he could have got a few more if the chances he put on a plate were gobbled up!

Stats expert Andrew Beasley tweeted the figures yesterday:

11 Azpilicueta
8 Robertson, Bellerin
7 Trippier, WalkerMinutes played per CCC created:
243 Robertson
273 Trippier

381 Bellerin
398 Walker— Andrew Beasley (@BassTunedToRed) May 15, 2018
The fact Robertson arrived at Liverpool for roughly the same price we sold Hull Kevin Stewart is simply remarkable.
The 24-year-old Scot is not only one of the best left-backs in England, but his performances in the Champions League suggest he’s one of the best in Europe now, too.
Not bad for a player who got relegated last season, and just a few years before was battling for a professional career in the lower Scottish divisions.
