We’re almost running out of superlatives to describe just how incredible history-making Alisson is as a goalkeeper – he is now the first ‘keeper in history to simultaneously hold three separate Golden Gloves in a single season.

Now, after five clean sheets in the five games leading up to the final, the Brazilian stopper has scooped the Golden Glove in the Copa América too to claim a trio of awards!

Alisson’s debut season with the Reds has also seen him play out his best-ever campaign to date. Incredibly, since the start of the season he has kept 36 clean sheets for club and country – that’s the same number of goals he’s conceded in the same time period!

After leaving gold dust on all the hands he shook once the whistle blew in A Seleção’s victory over Peru, he was proudly presented with the tournament’s award for the most clean sheets.
