England Under-19s travelled to Germany at the weekend, and despite playing much of the second-half with ten men, pulled off an impressive 3-2 win against their illustrious opponents.
As you’ll see in the highlights video below, Sheyi Ojo was a particular menace in the first-half, using his astonishing pace to good effect, eventually scoring the game’s opening goal too.
Jordan Rossiter, part of our first-team squad, played one exquisite ball to the winger as well, and it’s great to see two Reds linking up at international level.
Ojo is currently spending the season on loan with Wolves, and has already cemented himself a spot in their starting XI after a series of strong cameo roles.
Keep up the good work, lads!
