  1. Mata and Cazorla would be great. Even Downing would be a good aquisition…but Diego? I have my doubts Antoine, he’s had a terrible season at Juve and problems with Magath this season.

  2. Paying more than £15m for Downing would be madness. I actually think he would be a great signing for us but at no more than £15m – maybe a plus player deal but no more money. Young (arguably the better player??) signed for Man U for a similar fee, so, based on that Villa need to wise up, but then again they don’t want to sell him, so I guess they can try and hold out for more.

  3. Something tells me that Gerrard will not be fit, thats why the rush for Adam. The welcoming of Aqui, again!!! the Purchase of Henderson. Now where is our wingers and left back???????????

  4. Looking at the pictures on Liverpoolfc.tv I liked seeing Insua back. I hope he gained some good experience.

  5. Villa’s new manager is already in hot water. Getting Downing is going to be expensive.
