Played almost 200 Premier League games for the Reds before his career was brought to an early end by an injury. He dominated the position for us during the 1990s and won both the FA Cup (1992) and the League Cup (1995).

7) Tommy Lucas

He joined Liverpool in 1916, but had to wait three years to make his debut due to the First World War. He remained a regular until the early 1930s, finishing his career with more than 300 appearances to his name.
