Sheyi Ojo provided his third assist in three games as England U19s beat Croatia 2-1 in their final group match of the European Championships (via official site).
The open came after just four minutes, as Ojo’s perfectly-weighted pass allowed Isaiah Brown to hit the back of the net.
Aidy Boothroyd’s men were 2-0 up inside ten minutes when Silvio Anocic turned Brown’s cross into his own net.
Croatia pulled one back through Nikola Moro with half an hour to go, but it proved to be little more than a consolation goal.
It means England have qualified for the semi-final with a 100 percent record after beating France and the Netherlands 2-1 in their two previous games. They were the only side in the competition to win all three games.
They will face Italy in the last four on Thursday 21st. Portugal play France in the other semi-final on Wednesday.
