Danny Ings has had to wait a very long time for this moment…
For the first time since October 2015, the Englishman found the back of the net.
The striker, selected ahead of the rested Roberto Firmino, slotted in versus West Brom in the fourt minute to give Liverpool the lead at the Hawthorns today.
Sadio Mane did excellently down the left originally, and Ings did the rest.
We hope there’s plenty more goals for Ings in Liverpool’s red.
Jurgen Klopp is happy to keep him next term and we’re happy to have him.
